15" Round Frame is Made of Maple
Drum Head and Lacing Are Horse Taken From Natural Deaths

This drum is handmade by me,
and is signed and dated on the inside of the drum frame.
It is lightweight and can be easily played by anyone, just rest
your fingers lightly into the lacing.

If you've ever had the opportunity to watch a horse run, you know
that it is a thing of magnificent beauty.   Horse is agile, yet graceful . . .
strong, but also quite loving and gentle.

If you have horse for an animal totem, you have the freedom
to reach beyond the limits and restrictions of your environment or
societal norms.  Horse teaches us that with spirit, strength and
determination, it is possible to break free of all boundaries
to manifest our dreams.
